Devotion to the sector is legendary, he personally checks all fiscal and social reports.
His reputation in the sector at large is as an austere man, he is viewed as an unsmiling hardliner and administrative stickler.
Despises rebels above all other threats to galaxy.
Is barely seen in public, maybe once a year on public holidays and actual physical meetings are almost as rare.

Adeptus Terra: Nominally the most important as governs tithes and general governmental duties.
Adeptus Ministrum: This entire sector is holy to Saint Drusus and pilgrims come far and wide to visit certain worlds, whilst it is rare to find a world where the majority of citizens do not visit the temple on a regular basis, the creed has stretched and changed itself to suit the planet and people and so acceptable practice can vary a lot.
Adeptus Arbites: Play a minimal role with generally only one precinct-fortress per world, however the owe their loyalty no no-one bar the law of the imperium and so are rightly feared.
Redemptionist: A Hive based cult who roam the underhive putting anyone they consider to be a mutant or sinner to the flame, known for impassioned speeches, hard-line views and being clad in red. Leader is a woman called Archdeacon Ludmilla.
House Krin: Oldest of all the houses and richest to, are the bankers to the other houses and nearly all they do requires funding from here, many fear what would happen if they were to call in all their debts at once.
Celleste alliance: Newest of the house and often looked down upon as they come from peasant stock, however they now control a vast majority of the agri-worlds in the Calixis sector and could force a famine onto many of the hive worlds if they wished, often sport facial tattoos and worship the emperor in a very idiosyncratic style, their emblem is a sea of golden crops bending gently in front of a blood red sky.
Devayne corporation: Originally a religious order, that taught lay skills to hivers and preached the highest calling of a man was to accept his place. Owns the rights to many millions of indentured workers who they rent out to all the other houses, have in-house bounty hunters to deal with runaways and still have air of religiosity about them, even though now a corporation.
Machenko dynasty: Brought low by an inquisitor, nearly destroyed have climbed their way back up but no-one knows how, are masters of etiquette and obsessed with it.
Is a Black dwarf star which appears in skies all over the Calixis sector.
Materialises emits unknown form of radiation for couple of days then disappears.
Can be as close to a planet so as to cause solar eclipse of far enough away that only appears as an extra bright star at night.
Materialisation linked to increased rate of birth for psykers, mutants and geological upheaval.
The months preceding it often associated with signs, portents and increased psychosis.
