There was talk of this at the AGM.
Simply put, who, where, when and how much?
Discuss.

If you want to find out locations that are cheaper and still good check p8ntball forums, they would know.
Ministry of paintball has a few sites in bristol iirc but they are odd.
Also: expensive. Though the society could use some of the spare money to subsidise it with some clever SU bartering.

I personally still think airsoft would be a better option, its much cheaper and more or less the same as paintball in terms of how the games work

The impression I got from Adele was that she or some of the other girls had a metric ton of discount / free paintball game tickets, which expire some time in April.

Ahem.
*bump*
Any details on / correction of the above please, Adele?

Alex, You Terry and Owen are effectively the board now. The old member are mostly there to make sure you do it right from now on and to keep certain things in check.
Why don't you decide?

Because Adele has, if memory serves, the tickets that give a discount / free games. Starting this post was/is my attempt to decide and organise this myself, but I need a bit of help from the old board to implement this.

H'okay. The tickets (we have between 16 and 24 between us, depending on whether Becky can find hers) cover the admission fees, but not ammunition - which is £11 for the first 100 paintballs, and £7 for every following batch of paintballs. Not entirely... [20 minute break as we look at other more cost-effective ways of shooting each other]
BLARGH.
Screw it. We're doing laser quest. More on this later.

It is now later. Prices for shooting each other. The place is in Longwell Green, which the 318 apparently goes to. We can get day passes (if we go Monday to Friday) for £14.95, which let us play until we drop - we can get 2-3 games for around £10, or - and we'd need to have a sizeable number of people to make this worthwhile - we can book the entire facility for an hour (bear in mind it's designed to facilitate 30-45 people at once) for about £200. If we can get 20 people interested, that's £10 each. In short: Screw paintball, it's too expensive. This is basically the same thing, but easier and cheaper. So - who's interested?

Some time in the Easter Break seems sensible. If we do it on a weekday, it's a whole lot cheaper.
