I noticed that there are way too many moderators (my personal opinion) on here at the moment. Might i suggest making only the current board members admin on here?
To everyone else, please can you not reply as this is addressed to current board members only.

I am going to reply: I moderate the forum because I helped set up this web page and was one of the founding members. I read every post that comes on here and have generally been a useful individual. I also respect the boards ability to make their own decisions.

I have been considering making this a policy so each year the old board will be taken off and the new board will be the only mods. This is mainly so we don't have a bunch of mods that never come on here or mods that the new board members have never met.
I'm going to discuss this with the rest of the board at our next meeting and we'll decide then what we're going to do.
Also if this was only meant for current board members then I don't feel it was really necesary for this to be a thread you could have easily sent a message or email to us.

Yeah sorry i just didnt think about doing a message- just had a suggestion so thought i'd put it here, i never use pm's- anyhoo in future i'll just talk to you directly and not via here, i prefer doing it anyways  @antony- its not a personal jab or anything, i ment for all of us ie me/you/sarah/chris/adele since i do think its too many- i'm honestly sorry if i upset you, but it's just a suggestion i have that's all since the new members might not have a clue who we are. Do you get what i mean? If you want we can carry on talking about it through pm if you want a more thorough explanation? |
