You walk through the door into a massive hall. It seems that the entire room is made out of white marble, from the floors, covered in red carpet, to the columns that stretch impossibly high to the ceiling that you can only just see. There is a vast landscape painting on both the wall to your left and to your right. On the left wall, the subject appears to be an arena of some sort. On the right, the painting is mostly black, with a small splodge of white in the middle. At the far end of the room, there is a massive door, built out of solid gold. There are a couple of corridors leading out of the hall.
A woman is standing in the middle of the hall. She is about 6 feet tall, with long white hair, and gold eyes. You can't tell how old she might be, but you can guess that she is not of any mortal race. She doesn't open her mouth, but her voice resonates around your head.
'WELCOME TO THE TEST OF THE STARSTONE ONIGRIM THUNDERFIST. IN EACH OF THE TEN ROOMS, THERE IS A KEY. ONCE YOU HAVE COLLECTED ALL TEN KEYS, YOU CAN USE THEM TO OPEN THE GOLD DOOR AT THE END OF THIS HALL, AND REACH THE STARSTONE. TO ENTER ONE OF THE ROOMS, SIMPLY TOUCH ONE OF THE PAINTINGS. IF YOU REQUIRE ANY MORE INFORMATION, ASK NOW.'
GM: Ask any questions you have about the Test in your next post. You won't get another opportunity.

OT: Just realised that modifying the thread wouldn't show up as there being something new on the thread.

OOC: Just to clarify a few things: 1 bottle of wine is equivlent to about 6 glasses, so would each glassful (one mouthful for someone of Onigrim's size) be enough to count for regaining drunken ki? If this is the case, for the following roll assume I have had 5 drinks (9 drunken ki, not 10 as I can only have a max of 9) If this is not the case, assume I have had just 2 (4 drunken ki)
Onigrim bares his teeth slightly at the idea someone gained free access into his mind. He did not like this lady. He did not trust her. He did not trust anyone. Never the less, she was there to guide him so he would accept it. For now. He scanned the painting of the arena to see if he could see any opponents, he lusted for battle. He took a few swigs of his wine and, keeping it in hand, he thought about his first move...

GM: Yes, one glassful would be enough.
In terms of your rolls, you don't see any enemies in the arena painting, although there are a few corpses and body parts. The woman is telling the absolute truth and you're fine after the consumption of alcohol.

After carefully making his decisions, Onigrim started to walk closer to the painting of the arena. He was still suspicious even though he thought the woman was being honest. As he approached the painting, he noted the images of corpses and body parts. This seemed like his sort of challenge. He took a deep breath, finished his 5 glugs of Wine and touched the painting.

It almost feels as if you are sucked in to the painting. You appear in the arena described in the painting. It's night. The stench of rotting flesh fills your nostrils. The roar of the crowd is deafening. The portcullis on the other side of the arena opens. A young man in plate armor walks out. He's about 12 feet tall, wearing black plate armor, and weilding a very large, very sharp scythe. The man seems to be flickering in and out of reality. He sees you, and smiles. His canine teeth seem to be sharp, and his eyes glow slightly red. He beckons you to come at him, and falls into a defensive position. You somehow know that he holds the key you seek.

First, I'm going to assume boar stance Then I'm going to use the Slow time ability. Then using my normal move action to get up close to the knight (I assume he is within 110 foot). Then I'll use two standard actions, each as an attack to do two improved vital power attacks against him Then my third standard action will be taking total defense for +6 AC as I have more than 2 ranks in Acrobatics. Both attacks will use 4 drunken ki points to add 4d6 of damage from Drunken strength and add all +5d6 of electricity damage from my elemental fist. If both attacks hit, I they cause 2d6 bleed immediately, i get a free demoralize and then he gets 1d6 bleed at the start of his turn
Onigrim snarls back at the man in armour, assumes his boar stance and calls upon the universal ki to slow down time...

GM: First attack misses, second attack hits, but doesn't confirm the critical.
The gladiator quick casts a spell on himself. You get an attack of opportunity. He then makes a full attack. He hits once, dealing 65 damage. I haven't taken your damage reduction into account.Your attacks crunch into his armor, and dents it. He seems to shrug it off. Suddenly his hand is wreathed in black fire. He places this hand on to his chest, and the fire seems to be sucked into his body. He then unleashes a trio of attacks with his scythe, one of which catches you in the side and bites into your flesh.

Ouch. I'm going to Flurry of blows him and spend another ki point to get an extra attack, I won't be power attacking though or use any more drunken ki at the moment. I'll change my damage to Piercing as a free too. I should be bypassing all DR except DR/-
Onigrim shrugged off the hit and continued to pummel his enemy. He was relentless in his attack, launching punch after punch at his foe, not all hit, but those that did struck with a crackle of force.
